Overall experience was pretty bad all said and done. Lady on the phone said I could pay cash and the technician was really rude about the fact that apparently they don’t accept cash in the field. I asked speak to a manager and he said he didn’t have one, yet he was clearly an employee. Each time I sought remedy to pay in cash he responded, we will just bill you. I did pay by card but was frustrated by that terrible customer service. Lastly, the technician showed me the parts he was going to order and they were definitely the wrong part. I had to reftrofit the new dryer element onto the old one’s bracket. So I paid 150 to watch and learn how to take my dryer apart. At least the technician was there on time.

Came unscrewed the panel looked told me an my daughter it needed new control panel then left. Insurance company stated he told them I had a rodent that fried the control panel he could have told me instead of telling me it needed a control panel I waited two weeks for answers and could have purchased a new stove. Oh by the way don’t buy LG appliances I’ve had less that 4 years the set an everything has quit working.

The technician was scheduled for Tuesday at 1:00 pm but showed up at 8:40 am while I was gone. He was rescheduled for 1:00 pm Tuesday and never showed up. I rescheduled for today, Thursday, and received a text at 10:45 am that he was on his way. It is now 2:37 pm and the technician has still not arrived. I called Sears service to find out what was going on and was given the bum's rush because the guy answering the phone could tell I was angry. I have a maintenance agreement with these people and still can't get repair service done in a timely manner.

Took 3 trips to fix dryer. Each tech that came out were rude. The first tech ordered the wrong parts. Dot even get me started on my washer. They keep saying they need the serial number and model but where its placed on the washer on the lid its gone from years of washing. They refuse to let .y warranty know that it needs ro be replaced since we dont have the info need to order parts. I've been without my washer and dryer for a month and half.

Technician arrived and spent about 45 minutes looking up washing machine codes on his phone. Never once did any physical troubleshooting I.e. turn on different cycles, test anything but symptoms and then stated the problem must be a fabric softener line. I questioned this given his technique and all he could do is point to his phone. I am not impressed at all, paid him and called another technician that was able to properly troubleshoot and repair washer. Never again with Sears

Incompetent staff. Waiting now for 2 months for our washing machine to ve fixed. Constantly feed lies about why they have to reschedule. Last lie was told they needed parts, even though they had the parts delivered to my house. Now we have to wait another 3 weeks.

Gentleman came out spent a few mins with my mom’s washer and then said the noise filter, main board and lcd was bad. I paid 160.00 for nothing. I watched a YouTube video, tested the electrics, ordered the noise filter and fixed it in less than 1 hour. They know it’s free money even if they don’t do anything. Stay away!!!
