Since it is impossible to speak with a real person, I’m posting this here. This is the 2nd repair to replace the igniter on my gas oven in 5 weeks. Since there is a 30 day warranty, and I was 6 days past the 30 day warranty , I had to pay the full price again. The tech said he wouldn’t charge me for the part, but the labor was $319, which was more than the total for parts and labor 5 weeks ago. The part cost us $106 on the receipt 5 weeks ago. The labor charge was $195 five weeks ago. This is very unfortunate and dishonest in my opinion. We are stuck with this type of service which is why I will never purchase from Sears again.

James is great. Gave three stars because of James. However our Thor ice maker still isn’t working. We’ve sent several follow ups to Thor but no response. James has been out three times. I think we have lemon. Not been able to use for four months or so now.
