Ice maker repair
Christopher arrived more or less on time and had the part in his truck ready to go to repair my ice maker. The repair took less than a half hour and my new ice maker works great....😄

Scheduling: Atrocious; Service: Fine
Francis gets 5 Stars. Sears home Service gets 1/4 of one Star due to its Scheduling and Appointments. In my experience, Sears overbooked appointments and then, due to overbooking, Sears had to reschedule my appointment FOUR different times, after I have rescheduled my life to be available for these appointments. What you should do, Sears, is to build some padding into your schedule where you can slip appointments in for people you have overbooked. Also, stop overbooking. On my last reschedule, a Friday, Sears calls after 5pm and tells me the next available appointment is TWO WEEKS LATER. This is simply unacceptable.
