My Mom was feeling here oven was baking to the normal tepmps that it normally should, and I helped setup service for it. Frank communicated his arrival time, was professional and dilligent in testing, and helped her understand the heating process and how it functions. Thos showed all was normal, and even offered a suggestion to help. In the end my Mom was happy with the result and happy to know her oven was operating properly as she preps for baking season.

Mike was very Professional and knowledgeable about the problem. I really like how although he wasn’t the first technician to come. He was able to fix the problem with the other technicians’ observation. Good working Sears awesome team work!
