If it wasn't for the great communication with our A & E repairman William I think we would have gone nuts. We have a General Electric refrigerator that is less than 6 months old and GE gave me a runaround for close to a month to get it repaired. William was the person who came out and ordered the replacement part but UPS delivered it weeks later. William always answered my texts and kept me sane!

The appointment was made for me by Sears and I was notified until go the email at 7:03 the morning of service. My husband had a Drs appointment for 8 and 9:30 that same morning. Tried to cancel, wasn't open that early.Had recorded message from Austin would be at my house by 11:30.Called him back but could only leave message.Never heard back,don't know if got message or came and no one home.Should be better communicating, never had this happen in all the years been using Sears for my maintenance
