Overall experience was pretty bad all said and done. Lady on the phone said I could pay cash and the technician was really rude about the fact that apparently they don’t accept cash in the field. I asked speak to a manager and he said he didn’t have one, yet he was clearly an employee. Each time I sought remedy to pay in cash he responded, we will just bill you. I did pay by card but was frustrated by that terrible customer service. Lastly, the technician showed me the parts he was going to order and they were definitely the wrong part. I had to reftrofit the new dryer element onto the old one’s bracket. So I paid 150 to watch and learn how to take my dryer apart. At least the technician was there on time.
