Gentleman came out spent a few mins with my mom’s washer and then said the noise filter, main board and lcd was bad. I paid 160.00 for nothing. I watched a YouTube video, tested the electrics, ordered the noise filter and fixed it in less than 1 hour. They know it’s free money even if they don’t do anything. Stay away!!!

I'd love to change this to a 5 star review. Since the Sears Appliance Warranty started being covered by Cinch it has been a challenge to talk to someone and get things done though I still pay my monthly warranty bill and have already paid my $100 deductible. I'm in the system so give me a call and we can discuss. My fridge and freezer have been out for 2 weeks and though I was given from 8am to 5pm today as my window for repair today no technician has been assigned. When I call this number it takes me to the main robo IVR which is not helpful.

The appointment was made for me by Sears and I was notified until go the email at 7:03 the morning of service. My husband had a Drs appointment for 8 and 9:30 that same morning. Tried to cancel, wasn't open that early.Had recorded message from Austin would be at my house by 11:30.Called him back but could only leave message.Never heard back,don't know if got message or came and no one home.Should be better communicating, never had this happen in all the years been using Sears for my maintenance
