Kylen explained everything to me where I understood. He didn't do any unnecessary repairs. We could not duplicate the issue, so he explained all of that to me also. I felt safe with him in my home also! A+++ experience with Kylen.

The phone system is a mess. Can NOT talk to a person unless you pretend to be purchasing a new contract. That said the Tech person front A&E was great. Showed up on time and shipped the correct parts.
