Arrived when they said, parts arrived with days. Came back out and had microwave repaired within 1 hr. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

The service technician was was great but unfortunately this is the third time they've sent someone out and I'm still having issues. Hopefully the manufacturer warranty will resolve the problem.

James is very professional. I'm so happy to have my appliances repaired. My only comment for continuous improvement would be to arrive when first scheduled, as each subsequent delay impacts my work schedule. But I understand that some jobs take longer than expected and so each next job gets delayed. Also, it would be helpful to be given the opportunity to clean an area that doesn't see the light often, or for James to ask for a broom or rag during or after the work. Either way, I'm grateful for the repairs.

The work was good the technician was down right rude and unhelpful. We moved the dryer to another room ( about 10 ft from where it goes) so it would be easier to work on. He said since it was not plugged in he couldn't test it. I said then I'll move it back and plug it in. When he said he was done. I expected him to move or help move the dryer back. His response is they don't move equipment. I had to ask 3 more times to get him to stay 10 more minutes so I could move the dryer and plug it in to make sure it works. He made a noise then, said ok but I am going to my truck to make phone calls for other customers. On the bright side he didn't get rude with my special needs son who would not leave him alone.

No resolution to the issue the repair tech was called here for. Was told we would just have to live with it.
