The Tech. was very knowledgeable of the AC Unit. He let me know what and why he was doing to fix the problem. Overall I am very pleased with his work< (it will take ;time to see if what he did will fix the problem

The technician was great when he arrived. My appointment was from 8-5 which meant I had to be home. You cancelled the appointment 4 times at the end of the day. Your IT system for scheduling is inefficient and does not provide good customer service.

The only positive I can say is the technician was on time. He was here 5 minutes, said we need to call LG because there was a leak after using his temp gun. After further follow up, there was no leak, temperatures were fine and accurate and it only needed the board reset. Certainly wouldn’t use them again or recommend using them based on our experience.

Your service man arrived at our home at 2:20PM and handed me an invoice at 3:25PM for $978.72. Total parts including taxes was $444.67. Total labor was $534.05 for an hour and five minutes, how can you justify approximately $500 an hour for labor?

This is the worst service ever! I have a warranty and the first day the service tech was supposed to came they never showed up but I got a text asking to review the service tech. I called customer service and they apologized and said the y would send someone out the next day, waited all day again tulle the afternoon, tech said theirs is a paid call, I said no I have a warranty, he proceeded to work on my dryer and then came to me and stated I needed to call my warranty company to create a new authorization so they can be paid, I said no problem, I proceeded to call my warranty company and my wife went downstairs to load that dryer and she came back to me with a note saying the control board was replaced and needed to be programmed and the thermostat needed to be installed and he left! Seriously! This is unacceptable! This is horrible service. I called back to sears and of course got the run around with different call center people who could not help but yet they understand how frustrating the situation was, come on man! Standard BS call center verbiage.

Very very poor service !! Initially, they came out on time to diagnose My washer problem they ordered the part they had me pay for everything upfront, which I did and we scheduled an appointment for a week later they did not show up. I had to call. I had to rearrange my schedule for the next day and they promised they’d be the first one out at 8 o’clock in the morning. They were not. I was not gonna be available the rest of the day because I was going out of town and so my washer was never fixed. So they have totally lied, and it was very hard to get a hold of anybody!

Negative five stars to Sears and tech. First visit he had to call someone to find out if Range was gas or electric (it has burners that make fire). After I asked, he acknowledged that he didn’t work on my brand, but ordered parts. At that point I requested from manufacturer and Sears to send different tech. Sears ignored my request and sent the same guy, who put in the parts that still don’t work and he broke soapstone side piece in the process. When he walked out after installing nonworking parts he was surprisingly rude, which I have immortalized in text.. Also, posting to Facebook messages gets you nothing but “sorry for the inconvenience “. Sears Service is the low-bid contractor that manufacturers use, so you’re not likely to get the most experienced techs if they’re not paid enough, so unless you have a simple repair or get lucky, you’re likely to be very disappointed and without appliance for a long time. Look on Facebook or web-comments overwhelmingly negative.

Never ever use this company. They came to our home in attempt to repair a dishwasher. Had to order parts which was fine until it took forever. I end up going to Patterson's in midtown and ordered my own part. It arrived the next day. (From Pattersons) Called Sears back to install the part I purchased but they could not come out even though we had an appointment for that day. (They cancelled our appointment bc our part through them still had not arrived). I contacted a different repair man to install our part. He is out of Lenoir City btw. We paid upfront for Sears services and to this day, we are still waiting for a refund. This has been roughly a month and a half wait for our $341.61 refund. Sears sux!!!!!!!! Give us our money back! Another stupid reply below. Contact us on FB. All details and amount owed are listed Telling yall, do not use Sears.
