After talking with the technician on the phone, we determined I did not need an air conditioner technician I need a duck work technician. He closed the claim and I opened a new one. His communication was good.

Went great, got a message as to when Richard was arriving which was accurate. Richard was very nice, I showed him where the dryer was, he found the problem and I'm doing laundry now. Thank you Sears and Richard for good, prompt and satisfying services.
