I waited for 9 plus hours on Friday with no communication and got an email after 5PM telling me they had rescheduled my appointment, with NO explanation why. Then I got an email on Monday night they would be there between 8 and 9AM. Did not show up until after 11:30AM. Technician was thorough and did a great job. Very poor customer service on getting to the call and communicating with the customer on when they will be there.

The technician called to give an arrival time. He was punctual and knowledgeable about the repairs needed for my washer and dryer. He explained the pricing and warranty very thorough. I will definitely use this company again

Very please with Justin, he assessed my washer ,inspected it throughly found my problem and completed the task and told me if it started up again to call. Very polite and promp.
