Billy was great! He came out early and replaced the capacitor on our air conditioner. Unfortunately, our house is still NOT cooling down. I have tried several times unsuccessfully to get in touch withhim and tell him that the problem is absolutely not fixed. When I tried the AI HELP, the first available appointment was July 17 and we cannot go that long without air-conditioning. I was grateful that Billy was able to come out today, but he did NOT solve the problem. Can you please send someone back out tomorrow to figure out why it is still not cooling after five hours‼️

He decided that he will not go in my attic saying it was yo small which once you get up there u can walk I agree getting in it maybe not as big but I was willing to give. A ladder I have guest at my sis bnb and wanted to make sure they are taking care of so he tells me he will email sears and they will send some one else out to me and has not return yet this was at 9am still no ac what is the purpose to pay monthly fees of $700 a year but I’ve had two different people about my AC unit last year. A guy tried to say that it was a compressor called another guy on my own and they charged my compressor up and it lasted seven months so obviously there is a small leak but the other company tried to tell me that it was a $3000 job People make sure you do not get scammed and always get a second opinion

I got a notice on the same day as the scheduled appointment saying they were no longer able to come and I needed to reschedule. That’s zero notice, and I had taken off work to be there. Once rescheduled, the technician that came was rude from the beginning. My elderly mother was at the house to let him in (I couldn’t miss work again), and he told her that more than likely the issue was how she operated the dishwasher that’s causing the problem. Come to find out, the drawer was broken through no fault of ours. Don’t call Sears for appliance repair!

The service we received today was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I will in no way want services from him. He is not allowed in my house. He banged on the door, he was rude and spoke as if we were an inconvenience to him. My husband and I will not tolerate anyone we have to pay services for to speak to us in such a disrespectful manner. I gave 1 Star because it is Sears but him nor his company can service us, again. I will make sure Sears is clear with our request or we will not renew our warranty.
