Tech was very professional took Care of the problem installed the new part checked to ensure it was working cleaned up his area after completion.

The technical was there at a good time although the company gave a large window. He called to let me know he was on his way as well as how far out he was. He was very nice and professional, he knew what he was doing. And checked to make sure everything worked properly, cleaned up the boxes, and old part that was replaced. I was also glad to see he wore a mask.
