Fred was great he said problem was the A coi. He needs to repair but will have to return in a month. Previous tech had put in too much Freon for Frederick to replace part. Sears gave me an eleven hour window also. But called me night before and changed to 2 hour window. Frederick was congenial and good at his job. Plan to ask for him when tech has to come back next month. Previous company said some bad things about my unit. Frederick did have that issue

Technician was great. Very friendly. Unfortunately the time to wait from the time the order was placed till now was a week with temperatures hovering above 90 and they were working on our air conditioner.
