Gregory H. He's a great technician did a good job replacing the blower motor on my A/c unit but i don't care for the A l that sears use , to set appointments and others stuff it do, give me a real person.

Mr. Frederick was very professional, courtesy. He explained everything to me what he was checking for. Thanks for sending and great employee that was very pleasing. I hope he is the one that will come back to fix the issue because my air conditioning wasn't fix due to other issues. Thanks
