Timothy, the service technician did an outstanding job of notifying me that he was in transit to my brother’s house for installation of a dryer part. Timothy was friendly and personable to my brother who is visually impaired. As Mike’s sister, I greatly appreciate that very much. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating is given for his stellar professionalism!
