Darrin was excellent. He arrived in a well marked service truck and had on a properly marked Sears work uniform. He introduced himself immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer. He had it repaired it in less than an hour. I was comfortable with him in my home and would be happy to have him again if I need any other repairs.
