Extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and just the most intelligent tech there is! He quickly identified the problem with the microwave and ordered the part. We were happy he was the technician sent to make the repair. Super efficient and a great teacher to the young trainee who came with him. If we ever need another repair, please sent this technician!
