The technicians called 20 minutes prior to their arrival informing as such. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the repair required. They completed the repair and were on their way. This service was part of our home warranty policy. I hadn’t considered Sears Repair before today, but I’ll definitely give them a call in the future. The only area for improvement is scheduling. They provided us with an appointment time between 7 am and 6 pm.
