Refrigerator was not cooling. Richard, the technician was very good. Polite, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed issue and ordered parts on Monday. Parts delivered on Wednesday. Issue repaired on Thursday. Very pleased with Richard and his work. Glad to get issue resolved but the price was steep!

Richard was timely and thorough. I didn’t go forward with the repair because the estimate was overpriced but that was outside of his control. I appreciate his effort and attention to details.
