Doc was especially courteous and when the washer acted up after he left I called him. He directed me what to do and it worked. Hope it works next time. He said to call him if I had any more problems.

The service technician Mr. Matthew was very professional and friendly. Th only problem I have with Sears service is I received the part one an half week ago and wasn’t able to get no one until today. I spent a great amount of money eating out for each meal. Again I not against Mr. Matthew because he did a great job.
