Today's repair was good. Jarress,great by the way is the tech that came back. He did not have enough fray on to finish the first time. He thought for sure someone would come back in a day or 2, but it's been a week. Hey, got the unit running good enough. That we made it Buckeye. Service department could have been better dispatching someone sooner.

Service requested for none working ice maker in Samsung refrigerator. Was told would need a new ice maker which would cost $640 something. We opted to reject service. Looks like we’ll be in the market for a new refrigerator.p

Technician is great. Company process and ability to communicate or get ahold of anyone is the worst I have ever seen, however the work speed and ability to get stuff done is better. It's all AI based company. You cannot talk to anyone in person until they are at your home

Richard was great… very professional and such a nice man! He did a great job… and he was amazing! (It’s not his fault that the prices of the parts are so expensive!)

Timothy did a great job. My complaint is with a system that doesn’t give the customer realistic arrival times but rather a nine hour window that keeps the customer at home potentially for all nine hours. A morning or afternoon window is common with most in home service companies.
