Technicians were great. System sucks. Two times appointment was cancelled after waiting at home almost all day. Can’t talk to a human there, only an AI that “understood my frustration”. No way. We are currently only can be home on weekends as we need to help care for my son after a stroke. We made arrangements to be here only to wait and be cancelled. I am sure if I could have conveyed that information to a supervisor accommodation could have been made but sadly I could not.

Technical was ok but he did not attempt to pull out the refrigerator and the the back. Very disappointed. I feel that I should not have paid the trip charge.

My tech Randall gets a 5 for his repair on my a/c unit. As soon as the repair was approved by CHW he got the part and made your service aware of it and to put me back on his schedule. Your scheduling service on the other hand gets a 1. It took 2 weeks before I was contacted about rescheduling my repair and then had to wait another week. If it had not been for a CHW personnel getting in touch with your service about this, I would probably still be waiting for my repair to be rescheduled. I understand you don't make any money on CHW repairs, but if you are going to take them they should be treated with the same urgency as your own service calls.

I was confused upon this technician’s arrival, I introduced myself & he stated that his name was Michael which the email stated his name as MJ. The refrigerator was not fixed because I was told that I needed a new compressor, but was charged the $149 diagnostic fee plus tax. I had no problem paying the $149, but confused about the plus tax part. When I inquired, he stated that the company doesn’t tell you everything. Also, stated that Sears does not have the part & could not be found online. After he left, I called Whirlpool. Should have gone with Whirlpool at first.

Was charged more than the diagnosis and trip fee by $100. The repairman did not bring parts with him. Told me to order the part and install it myself. So in the end my mower was not repaired.

This is the forth time coming out for the same issue. The first time parts were changed. Second time it was a leak. Order part. The next two time it was just repeatly weld over existing part. 3 welding is not good two meaning time it will either clog or melt other holes. I will give it another week to see what it does.

Great Technician, Poor Customer Service. Our Technician, MJ, sent a text when he was on his way and arrived as promised. He diagnosed the problem, found the correct part on his truck, and replaced our ice maker. He protected our home and cleaned up after he was done. Great Job. Unfortunately, Sears sent him a week late. Our original appointment was on Tuesday, March 25. We were required to be home between 8 AM and 5 PM. At 3:28 PM we received a text saying “due to unforeseen circumstances” a technician was not available that day and offered us the next available appointment - the next Friday, Monday or Tuesday. Totally unsatisfactory. We tried to post this review in response to the text we got from Sears. The website said “Something went wrong” every time we tried. Perhaps the site screens out two star reviews.
