Technician came in said it needed refrigerant put refrigerator in didn't wait to check around to see if it worked left and we're at 85° terrible terrible service should at least wait around to make sure that it wasn't anything else wrong with it. Air conditioning service is not what it should be.

Trying to get a hold of Service technician to come back and fix my refrigerator has been almost impossible. You never speak to a regular person when you call the automated system, it doesn’t even be an option to speak to someone to help find out who came out and did the first diagnosis to get the refrigerator fixed

George did not fix anything nor was helpful with the situation, he was extremely argumentative and had my mother in law doing more work then he did . He did not tell my mother in-law nor my wife that he was done , he just left with no explanation

They installed new parts, but my My ice and water in my refrigerator still is not working. I tried to call someone to send the service man back but I can’t get through on the phone or online . Please contact me. I haven’t been able to get any help by phone or online.

Technician came to the house and then just sat in the truck. He claimed he came inside to do the work. Sent the home warranty company an invoice from his truck and then drive away.

Terrible service and the app generated eta is pitiful. Wasted a full day on them. They canceled at end of day. Please use someone else!!! If they can't show for a $149 service fee, Houston, we may have a problem! Loved the question on what service did you get? Great question? None! Based on their response, I will add this. Don't listen to the man behind the curtain. They may think they are the wizard, but they are just Oz. Pull back the curtain to see the truth. Find another provider. 100% based on my experience.

Sears have horrible customer service. I’ve been rescheduled over 3 times and my refrigerator still was not fixed! Waiting over 30 days to fix an appliance is ridiculous. You can not talk to a live agent and American Home Shield should be ashamed for contracting out this lousy company
