What the HELL is wrong with you people, I have been waiting through several appts. which Sears has made and canceled many,many times. You sent me once again a statement as if you all (Sears),had come out for there appt. on today between 8:00am thru 5:00 pm and once again, didn't come or call. This has been the absolute worst experience I've had and most stressful dealing with any service company in my interest life.

I had rollers replaced on my dryer a couple of weeks ago. The dryer is still making the same noise. I scheduled a second appointment under the 30-day guarantee. The second technician showed up and did absolutely nothing. He claimed there was nothing he could do even though he heard the sounds himself MULTIPLE TIMES. He told me I had to record my dryer making the sound consistently for another tech to come out before the 30 days are up. He did not check anything. He just stood there. Was I supposed to do laundry for him? I spent $400 on a service for $60 parts and there has been no resolution. I called customer service and asked for a supervisor to reach out and have not heard from anyone. Two weekends wasted trying to get my dryer fixed.

Choice Home Warranty uses them as a vendor. Sears Home Services was a No Call - No Show TWICE. The customer service phone number won’t let you talk to.a real person.

It is very distressing to have an appointment with the vendor for a service that is desperately needed and there's no way you can contact them until the day they show up, it would be very nice if Sears would give phone numbers like every other vendor does is so you can talk to them several days or several hours before they actually come to make sure somebody's going to be home. These reviews must be fake. BBB, has complaints about them all over. I was scheduled for an install through my warranty company. Sears came to diagnose, ordered the parts and never showed back up. Sears told me every day, the technician would be here between, 7 and 6, or 8 and 5. This went on for 6 days. After every day of waiting, I contacted Sears, only to be promised the same lie. After the 6th day I had my warranty company to give me another contractor. Go to BBB and see the complaints... AVOID these people. Everyone has the same issue.
