Thomas was wonderful he found the problem and tried to fix it but the part company wouldn't let him purchase it Thomas tried and I loved that he kept me in loop if what was going on and how the problem was going to be fixed Sears thank you for Thomas he is highly trained and great person for the job thank you 😘

Stephen the technician was very knowledgeable took time to explain fully what was wrong with my appliance and the best options for repair or replacement. I would recommend them highly. Prompt service from time of appointment to arrival time.

Terrance was the best tech and did a great job and he gets 5 stars! HOWEVER, customer service was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE of our lives and gets ZERO stars! We called many times and was told many times that someone would call us back. At one point we insisted on speaking to a manager and was told they would call within an hour. No one ever called us back ever out of the multiple times we called and requested somebody call us back. We sat with parts here for over a week. We couldn't get scheduling done. We thought we got scheduling done and no one showed up and then they rescheduled us without even talking to us or explaining anything to us. I have used Sears home repair many times in the past but I promise I will never use Sears home repair ever again after this extremely unacceptable experience. I would really like to speak to corporate office but we can't get a hold of them either because there's no phone number to reach a person anywhere except for customer service in India who gives you nothing but the runaround. What a complete joke of an organization.
