Thomas was exceptional! He arrived at the provided time and did the diagnostic testing needed to determine what part was needed to repair the ice maker in the refrigerator. He ordered the part while at the house and it arrived via UPS the next day. He returned at the provided time and took care of the repair. He was very friendly but also very professional. He also explained about the Home Warranty that Sears provides on all appliances, whether they were purchased from Sears or not, including A/C unit. I would definitely recommend Thomas as an excellent employee who is very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself.
