William was very professional and friendly found my issue with my Thor oven. I was able to speak with Rep from Thor they covered part under Warranty and shipped it out over night. When I receive I will call again to have it replaced.

Jimmy was very friendly and professional. I received the text that he was on the way and then he called 5-10 minutes out. The only issue I had was with the texting AI service before the appt. I gave all information from the make, model, and serial number of my oven along with pictures of the issue & broken piece before the initial appt but no parts were ordered. Jimmy came by for 5 minutes the first appt and confirmed what I had already sent, but that info was never sent to him. Wasted his time and put me out of an oven for another week.

2nd Time - William returned and immediately went to work on my dryer. He took it apart, cleaned it out, repaired whatever fan or wiring, held the door up for me to clean out the opening where the air blows out from dryer. This was especially convenient for me as I have problems bending over. Once the repair was complete, I was able to sweep up all the fuzz balls he and I had pulled out. He was very polite during his visit. I would recommend the service; however, they were contracted through a home insurance policy. Still great!
