On time, very polite, very quick. Refrigerator door adjustment for alignment completed in less than 5 minutes. Update: Two days after repair the door had sagged down again. Two days of calling and texting repairman at his personal and office phone got absolutely no response. Had to restart process with GE. Got Bass Appliance out in one day for quick and permanent repair.
