Jimmy was very professional and respectful. He apologized for the company staff when I told him I was assured to get an estimated ETA for his services the morning of my appointment and I didn’t. I did expect that and would’ve liked to have had those 6 1/2 hours back that I sat at home, not wanting to miss his Service call. That’s a big deal to the customer. It really needs to be done, especially when you advertise that you will.

Waited 2 days for the service technician to show up at our house..

They didn’t fix my dryer at all. Came to my house twice and didn’t have a clue as to what was wrong. Was supposed to be at my house on Monday February 16th between 8-12 pm and it’s 2 pm and they’re a no show no call. Then sent me a message said that he’s at my house and has fixed it, knowing that’s a lie because no one is home so how did you get in to fix it? He hasn’t called me nor is he answering his phone! Called the 800 number but they don’t have live people and asked if I want to reschedule for another week out. Dryer hasn’t worked since December 31, 2025. Do you think that I really want to wait another week? I don’t think so!!!!!

I would give him a zero but that was not available. This man was the worst. First I have him on my doorbell camera taking a picture of my door at 1023am. My husband open the door at 1025am just to see the man pulling off. So I called him several times and left a message. He calls me back 30 minutes later to say he wanted for 10 minutes before he left. Absolutely horrible service plus very dishonest.
