I was not satisfied with my Sears Tech service at all, it was very very bad. My family and I was left without AC for 5 days in 90 + degree heat ,after the Tech came and said it needed a ($20) AC capacitor. He didn't fix my AC that day, because he said he had to make other calls. So after waiting 5 days ,I had to call another heat and air company to come and repair my AC unit , after paying the sears Tec ($85 )for nothing. That's something I should not have had to do.( I was very very dissatisfied.) I don't recommend their service.

I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for my refrigerator to be fixed. The bill has ALREADY been PAID IN FULL and I cannot get ahold of anyone for an update!! Now they’ve promised to contact me and I’ve heard nothing!
