Stephen and his assistant were polite, neat, and professional. They entered our home and showed respect. They were punctual. And Sears notified us ahead of time, just as they advised they would. They diagnosed the issues. Explained the options. Never did they attempt to up-sell or influence my decision. Very pleased with this interaction. We will contact Sears Appliance Service when we need assistance with any of our home appliances.
