Service tech
Ben provided excellent service he is professional, and has a positive attitude. I do have a major complaint about contact A&E service. I could not contact you at either your portal or by phone. I was disconnect every time. You need to address this because it is delaying service being provided. The automated system you have have is terrible. Please correct this. Thank you Bob

GE washer repair
excellent job and showed up at 8am. Only drawback (and it's not the repairman's fault) is that it took a while to get the part needed (6 days) to fix the washer

Dave's washer
