The technician, Steven, called as promised to let me know he was on the way. He arrived right on time. He was very polite. He reminded me of the service fee before he started anything. He determined the issue quickly and told me how much it would cost to fix it. I decided not to spend the money as I could buy a new dish washer for the price of the repair.
