We were rescheduled to Ben at the end of his long day, which I figured out because he arrived after 6:30pm! Our 5-year old Samsung dryer had stopped heating and Ben found out Samsung has already stopped making the replacement part (motherboard)! While I am beyond disappointed in this intentional obsolescence, I cannot praise Ben enough for his great work ethic, professionalism, and making the best of a disappointing outcome. Thank you Ben, we appreciate your positive outlook!

Ben the repair man came to my house to look at my washing machine and found out I needed a water pump, agitator and balancing rods. Total costed for parts and labor were more then buying a new washing machine. Ben was a honest and friendly Technician I give him a 5.
