Technician Ben was wonderful. Texted me at 7:26am on his way and arrived at 8am....Yippee, I was first appointment of the day! He was punctual, personable, professional and polite. He explained everything that was going on and in a way I understood (my husband always dealt with technicians/repairmen, etc. but he died recently and I live in fear of making appointments/understanding all those "man things"). I am very pleased with your company and especially with Ben. I'd have given him a score of 5x5 stars if I could have :) !! Would recommend you to anyone :)

Kyle was very thorough and despite his best efforts he was unable to reproduce the problem (leaking dishwasher). Still it was worth the visit to me. I now have an idea what a potential repair would entail if the problem is what he speculated might have happened. They did a good job of keeping me posted all along the way between setting up the appointment to when he pulled in to my driveway. My only complaint is that they would only provide an 8 to 5 window. I suppose that is pretty standard these days though so that is not unique to them. I would definitely call them again and have no problem recommending them to others.
