Service technician Ian did a great job. He was in and out in a jiff…,I wasn’t too happy that the dryer couldn’t be looked at on the same day seeing as he was already here (And for inquiring minds, there was not a huge repair issue with the dryer just needed to have the dryer hose in the back replaced cause I can’t get at it because the appliance is heavy to move )…,certainly not his fault. I guess I’m just not happy with the fact that I would have to pay another whole Service fee for the other appliance that…. certainly could’ve been done in my opinion on the same day as cleaning the washing machine filter.
