On both visits, Domingo was pleasant, patient and helpful. He provided online updates so we knew when he was on the way. He answered our questions and quickly completed his business so we could get back to other work in progress.

Domingo was FABULOUS! The is not the first time Domingo has been to our house. Once again, he was courteous, friendly, intelligent, efficient; he really knew his work. However, your new system of my only being able to make arrangements and talk to a machine were horrible. So horrible - I have no plans to renew my service protection plan. For only one example - I got a call a half hour after Domingo left tonight telling me that he would be here in half an hour.
