My technician was great. He was knowledge and professional The service was horrible with Sears.Out of 6 appointments only 2 were actually kept. Certainly Sear could do a better job with scheduling!!!!!

My fridge was squeaking and buzzing so loudly, I could hear it upstairs! The fridge was in the house when I bought the house so I did not know who to call. There was an online web address on a label inside the fridge. I went online and scheduled an appointment on the same day! It was Sears Service and honestly, for $139, my fridge was inspected and fixed! Thank You!
