My tech Domingo was excellent. Knowledgable and efficient. My only complaint and frustration was with Sears and their online communication system. They kept rescheduling my return appt saying the part ordered had not come in when in fact I had received the part. My attempts to contact someone to let them know I had indeed received the part was frustrating as I was continually referred to bot chats that were totally useless.Finally I found an actual phone number and talked to a real live person. She was great and she scheduled my return visit for the very next day. Humans A+ Chat bots F

Technician was: On time, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. Automated service alerts however were glitchy at best...example: asked me if I wanted to reschedule the service call AFTER it had been completed

The service technician was great. He let me know in the morning what time he would likely get here, which was very helpful. He was personable, knowledgeable, and helped us a great deal. The best part is our dishwasher is all fixed!
