Richard and his trainee were courteous and respectful. They took the time to explain the root of the problem with my refrigerator as well as identifying specific parts and their functions so that I fully understood why the unit was a lost cause. I am sad that I will need to purchase a new refrigerator but I appreciate the honesty and the education I received from the technicians. The more you know...
