Richard and his trainee were courteous and respectful. They took the time to explain the root of the problem with my refrigerator as well as identifying specific parts and their functions so that I fully understood why the unit was a lost cause. Erick was very professional. He was quick, courteous, and even made sure he protected the hardwood floors in my kitchen when he moved my oven away from the wall. He did a great job and I highly recommend him.
