The service was fine but I would award 0 stars for the appointment window given (8AM - 3PM). I received messages throughout the day updating the ETA of the SEARS technician. He did not show up until 4:30. The actual repair took 15 minutes. This is so disrespectful of customers’ time.

The service was excellent, straight forward and complete. Domingo appreciated when I asked if he was quiet so the dogs wouldn't wake up and bark. Both technicians were professional and I appreciate their work. Thank you!!

the service technition came to the house for the microwave that is not working. I thought he might have had a replacement model in the truck but now I'm waiting for the next step as the microwave is covered under an extended warranty . The company will either send a check to purchase a new one or I go to the appliance store where I purchased it to get a new one. I did't get any real information on how long this process will take. The technician just said I should hear soon. Where this was under warranty there was no charge for the service call.
