The window was from 9 to 5 which I didn’t like the repair man that came out. Eric was efficient and fast. I appreciated his work and he got the job done.

service and work were completed in a timely manner. the installer was good. im a little upset to pay for parts on this issue. the reason the dryer broke down was an issue with the machine. they now have a replacement basket so it cannot come out while its working.

The tech was fine. Giving up 3 days for a pump repair under warranty deserved one star. One day 8-5 to come out and tell me the pump was bad. This was after a diagnoses by phone. Of course they sent him out without parts. Day 2 Sears canceled in afternoon could not make it. Day 3 came out at 3:30.

Tech was really good. Getting to service person terrible. No live body to talk to. Keep getting looped n looped around. Not easy for someone over 75

This repairman NEVER inspected my washer except for looking inside the cover at the drum. He spent most of the time texting. I can only presume that he was telling someone what we were telling him was wrong with the machine. How else would he know that it was the gear box without looking at it? I am angry and disgusted.

My technician (Ian) was great and I would rate him as a 5 stars? As far as Sears Home Service repair I would rate them as a 2. I have been without my washing machine for almost 6 weeks. The service technician has been here 3 or 4 times and has ordered the part (coupling) every time and was never delivered to me. No one at Sears can tell me where it was delivered to and every time I was rescheduled in 2 weeks (this has happened 3 times). I finally received the part and it was fixed today. I had called Sears office but got no where. I told them I wanted to speak to the manager but never received a call back.

Rescheduled on me 4 times- I am a mother of 4 kids and my husband is deployed and I haven't had a dishwasher in 20 days. It is still not fixed.

I arranged a service visit because my refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. The technician arrived on time and was friendly enough. He very quickly inspected the outside of refrigerator and found a lot of dust and fizz on the back. He charged me $339 to vacuum it out (with my vacuum). This took around twenty minutes. He said multiple times that he was “9 out of 10” that that would fix it. He did no other work or inspection of the compressor or fan. When we plugged it back in, he claimed it was working because of the buzzing sound in the back and again said he was “9 out of 10” that it was now fixed. He said it would take 24 hours to cool, which is fine. After running all day and night, it is not working at all, is warmer inside and it is clear that it was not repaired. The inspection was not thorough (only superficial) and the vacuuming was maybe needed, but completely ineffective. This was a complete waste of nearly $400 including the tip. I suggest not using the service.
