service and work were completed in a timely manner. the installer was good. im a little upset to pay for parts on this issue. the reason the dryer broke down was an issue with the machine. they now have a replacement basket so it cannot come out while its working.

The tech was fine. Giving up 3 days for a pump repair under warranty deserved one star. One day 8-5 to come out and tell me the pump was bad. This was after a diagnoses by phone. Of course they sent him out without parts. Day 2 Sears canceled in afternoon could not make it. Day 3 came out at 3:30.

Tech was really good. Getting to service person terrible. No live body to talk to. Keep getting looped n looped around. Not easy for someone over 75

Scheduled a repair. They gave me a 4 hour window for their time frame. 48 minutes before the window closed, I was told the appointment was canceled and I have to reschedule for 2 or 3 days later. Couldnt get ahold of a person online. Just ai chat bots. Will amend my review if things go better in a few days. As of now getting notified this late in the process is ridiculous.

Have family and a baby, was told by tech when I purchased the service contract would qualify for fast service. When I looked online I could have gotten an appt on Wednesday this week. Called # because I had the contract and was told the Wednesday appointment was for new, or non service contract customers and because I had policy, it was going to be the 18th. Where is the common sense in that?? I pay EVERY month but non policy holders get the red carpet treatment. ????????????

Guy comes an accesses the refrigerator. Goes out to his van , says he’ll be back in then takes off. Says Samsung is closed and he’ll have to call them on Monday. Well it’s now Thurs and I have yet to hear from them.. this guy was very weird 🙄 says my refrigerator isn’t making ice at the bottom because the water line is too small.. ok so why is it making ice in the door then.. why did it make ice all this time in the bottom freezer 😤. He tore apart all my ceiling tiles in the basement to get to the water line. Now I have to go buy new tiles .. just bad experience all together. Update: A new guy Richard came out 2 months later and he great . And it was not the water line at all. The fan was not working…but refrigerator is still not making ice so I have to call for another appointment.. this will be the third time 😩
