Scheduled a repair. They gave me a 4 hour window for their time frame. 48 minutes before the window closed, I was told the appointment was canceled and I have to reschedule for 2 or 3 days later. Couldnt get ahold of a person online. Just ai chat bots. Will amend my review if things go better in a few days. As of now getting notified this late in the process is ridiculous.

Have family and a baby, was told by tech when I purchased the service contract would qualify for fast service. When I looked online I could have gotten an appt on Wednesday this week. Called # because I had the contract and was told the Wednesday appointment was for new, or non service contract customers and because I had policy, it was going to be the 18th. Where is the common sense in that?? I pay EVERY month but non policy holders get the red carpet treatment. ????????????

Guy comes an accesses the refrigerator. Goes out to his van , says he’ll be back in then takes off. Says Samsung is closed and he’ll have to call them on Monday. Well it’s now Thurs and I have yet to hear from them.. this guy was very weird 🙄 says my refrigerator isn’t making ice at the bottom because the water line is too small.. ok so why is it making ice in the door then.. why did it make ice all this time in the bottom freezer 😤. He tore apart all my ceiling tiles in the basement to get to the water line. Now I have to go buy new tiles .. just bad experience all together. Update: A new guy Richard came out 2 months later and he great . And it was not the water line at all. The fan was not working…but refrigerator is still not making ice so I have to call for another appointment.. this will be the third time 😩

Richard is professional and did an excellent job. Thank you, Robbin & Richard DiBiase Update: my fan has come up with a message on my door; (FF ERROR)and this is the third time! I do not recommend Sears! They are sending defective parts.

No Technician arrived at my home today. (11-5-24) I called the service center and spoke to an individual who informed me that the part is no longer available and I must call Assurant - I called them and they want an 8 digit number SHS has not provided me

Worst service ever. Even after several phone calls they continue to lie and tell me the appointment is confirmed. They keep canceling my appt and rescheduling and then saying it's confirmed. I'm stuck in this never ending loop and the dishwasher is still not fixed. Do not use them. No wonder Sears is out of business!! I can't believe the warranty company uses the worst repair company.

Ugh, worthless. Talked to two people, they had no info on the part I wanted to order - compatibility, size, shape, function- altho they did say that its diameter was round and assured me that it would be big enough, without having any info on the part. Crossing my fingers...

The problem with my LG dryer, which is only 4 years old, turned out to be the Thermistor, which when I googled the error code showing on the screen, came up as the problem. I provided the make, model #, serial # and a photo of the error code ahead of time so they might possibly be prepared with a part to fix it. But instead, I was told the part was not available to him, he couldn't get it and proceeded to tell us how to install it and said we could google it. First, I don't understand why he couldn't get the part as I got it on Amazon no problem. We then proceeded to try to install it, put the dryer back together, googled how to reset it to clear the code and nothing. Same code keeps coming up. He supposedly cleaned it and there was still lint all over the bottom inside. I paid $140 for him to come out, $50 for him to clean it and perform maintenance while he was here, had to buy my own part (OEM made specifically for my dryer) and the dryer still doesn't work. I would like a phone call or a refund for not fixing my dryer. Now my only option is to pay someone else to look at it or pay for a new dryer. Waste of time and money.
