Richard was knowledgeable and fixed the dryer. He was great! Sears prices are high. Sears needs to have a person to talk to as if you have an issue before the appointment. It’s all virtual assistants. That was highly annoying.

He came on time, diagnosed the problem quickly with video documentation. Instructed how to fix the problem and explained why the problem was not my dishwasher but the water supply to the dishwasher. He was friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend him to others.
