My technician was fantastic but the Artificial Intelligence (AI) that kept adding to their work route was not. Originally the AI told me that my technician was going to arrive no later than 5 pm. However, the AI kept adding to the technician's route and was not at our house until after 6 pm and arrived during dinner. Not cool AI, not cool 😢

Joseph was so helpful. The problem we had with the refrigerator was intermittent so he showed us what we were doing wrong & explained why. He then serviced it while he was here. A truly wonderful human bring!

Richard. Came out the next day. He was experienced. Diagnosed the problem right away. Unfortunately he did not have the belt right away. It was shipped to me the next day . Unfortunately I didn’t know how to contact you to let you know it was here. I had to wait a few more days for him to come out. But all went in quickly and all is great. I will definitely use sears again.

Richard was knowledgeable and fixed the dryer. He was great! Sears prices are high. Sears needs to have a person to talk to as if you have an issue before the appointment. It’s all virtual assistants. That was highly annoying.
