Our 11 year old refrigerator was making noise and filling with water under the produce drawers. The Sears tech fixed it quickly for $430 which was a lot of money but much less than a new refrigerator.

Technician was excellent. The automated system is horrible. The updates were wrong and often the link didn't work. It would not allow updates from the first tech or from us. Just a bad product. This was not the Technicians fault at all. He was helpful and professional.

Easy to schedule (able to get an appointment the next day, and they came on a Saturday). Clear communication before the appointment about the scheduled time. Showed up exactly when they said. Ian was professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem with our dryer. Had the parts ready to go. Clear about the cost. From beginning to end it only took 20 minutes. Now my dryer is running again and has never been quieter.
